Beruto was one of Zerrel's DOJ enforcers and an earthbending master. Of all the earthbenders in the Disciples of Justice, Beruto had the highest rank. Beruto often fought alongside DOJ enforcers Karanga, Voren, or Solven during important DOJ missions.

Backstory
Beruto was initially an Earth Kingdom trooper who fought in many intense battles on behalf of his people. Beruto discovered corrupt military leaders within his home village Yofu were issuing fake laws that were not approved by the King in order to exploit the local populace. In a fit of rage, Beruto slaughtered the entire cabinet of government officials in Yofu. This immediately made him wanted and Beruto was desperate to find a group to fit in with. Karanga discovered Beruto a couple of years after she joined the Disciples of Justice and recruited the earthbender to her cause. Over time, Beruto rose in rank and proved himself to be an invaluable asset to their cause.
Abilities
Beruto was capable of holding his own against elite benders such as Macai, Kett, and Rosh. Beruto had incredible resilience and physical strength that outmatched characters like Iroh, Macai, and Toph. Beruto was not agile at all, so he relied heavily on his defense.
Appearance
Beruto was a buff and tan armored soldier.
