Demarius was the lead innovator for the Disciples of Justice terrorist organization. Demarius helped created the Wingmen (a branch of DOJ troopers who had metal wings) and created Voren's metal wings (the commander of the Wingmen).

Background
Demarius was born in the Earth Kingdom city Skeruzit. When he was eighteen, Demarius was selected as an employee at a new industrial facility. He was chosen because of his sharp mind and outstanding performance in math classes. The young man quickly discovered that he and the other new recruits were being overworked and uncompensated for their efforts. Demarius had an accident when operating a new form of machinery that took away his right hand. Afterwards, Demarius quit the program and crafted his own new hand.
The company refused to compensate Demarius and government officials didn't punish the company. The young adult quickly grew to hate his nation and felt it abandoned him. Demarius ended up making a living on creating, distributing, and selling Black Market weapons and tools. As Demarius reached his late twenties, he came into contact with Zerrel who recruited him in the Disciples of Justice with a promise for a chance to get back at the Earth Kingdom and every other government that mistreated its people.
Abilities
Demarius was a skilled duelist, adaptive fighter, and a resourceful officer. When Demarius fought top-tier opponents like Macai, he often relied on using tricks, traps, and soldiers to assist him in battle. Demarius created several weapons and made numerous weapon upgrades to make the Disciples of Justice more dangerous. This DOJ scientist gathered several rare materials and made them into melee weapons such as swords to ensure his troops had the ability to crack durable armor. Demarius diligently picked the strongest materials to create armor for the DOJ brutes/heavy troopers.
Demarius studied different natural supplements and modified several supplements to give his brutes physical enhancements that increased their strength, durability, and stamina. An offset to these enhancements is that they would shorten a soldier's lifespan.
Personality
Demarius was brutally efficient and cold. He would do whatever it took to help the Disciples of Justice achieve victory over the governments.
