Sada is a post-book 2 character of Avatar: Macai's Journey who initially emerges as enemy of the 31st Regiment.

Early Life
Sada (pronounced Sade-da) was a young prodigy from the Eastern Water Tribe village Hereko. At fifteen years old she dominated the training sessions within her village. At first, no one wanted to teach her how to waterbend. However, a determined Sada trained herself by watching and studying the motions of the Laca Dragons. These creatures resided within the nearby Laca Sea and they could spit massive streams of water out of their mouths.

They swam with the tides and traveled more at night. Sada studied their movements and mimicked their rhythms. Sada would later ask to attend the training session and have a chance to prove herself. Local training instructor Denabo allowed Sada to train with the anticipation of her failure, however Sada passed with flying colors and outperformed the males around her. Sada's success spawned jealousy among male members, several of whom conspired against her during training, but it also earned Denabo's admiration.
Sada earned the admiration of Ronu, who was a close friend from a nearby village called Fikku. Ronu was also a gifted fighter, but he got less respect than some members because he couldn't bend. Ronu later discovered the plot to sabotage Sada's performance and informed her. Sada avoided the trap and continued to flourish. Ronu was later discovered for having aided Sada and he was punished for his actions by envious male trainees. Sada rescued Ronu and the two of them were close ever since.

Hundred Year War
Sada fought with Ronu as they took down several Fire Nation Army units that advanced across their Eastern Water Tribe sub-region. Which was called the Kefado belt. Eventually, Fikku was attacked by Commander Macai's 31st Company. There Sada and Ronu aided the local Eastern Water Tribe forces in their stand against the elite Marine 31st unit. The local Fire Nation units received assistance from Water Tribe Guardians and Southern Water Tribe warriors during the battle.
Sada would later assist Eastern Water Tribe forces located near the Willa Valley against Macai's 31st forces. During the Siege of the North, Macai's forces were looking to keep the Fire Nation units attacking the Northern Water Tribe City from being ambushed after securing the city and to keep the city from receiving reinforcements or supplies from the Eastern Water Tribe. Sada was not able to arrive until after the stationed Willa forces were overrun. However, she managed to ambush one of Macai's scout teams and take Kett prisoner.
Abilities
Sada was capable of holding her own against top level benders. She fought Rosh to a stalemate at Rongor, defeated Kanna Foloki at combat before with some help from the United Way earthbender Tyson, and she was able to overwhelm Kett with the help of her ambush team. Sada has the skills that allow her to contend with the best benders in the Avatarverse.
