Macai's Call for Change- 103 A.G.

Three years after the Hundred Year War's end, Macai gave a public address at the Fire Nation Capital during a new fair created by Zuko called United Day. During this day, members of every nation were invited to celebrate. The Earth Kingdom city Ba Sing Se, Northern Water Tribe capital, and Republic City would later celebrate this day during different times of the year. Citizens were encouraged to attend events during the holiday as well and hotel bookings for people from other nations were discounted to promote the event.
Macai offered his speech in front of a public crowd of 5,000 citizens, officials, and soldiers at Jozaiah stadium. While admirable, was is less than the 10,000-15,000 stadiums that Aang and Zuko have gathered. Still, it was just the right fit for him. Grand, yet not ridiculously packed and still dwarfing the common 50-500 attendee audiences most public representatives draw.
