Greatness Ranking System (rates the level of people's abilities):

10- Legendary level, feats achieved every few eras or once in totality (top 1% of all time)

9- Era level, achieved only once in a decade or every few years (top 1% of an era)

8- World level, by one or a handful of people in the world (top 1% in the world)

7- National level, accomplished by only a few people in the nation (top 1% in a nation)

6- Regional level, done by the best people in a specific region (top 1% in a region)

5- Parish level, done by the most impressive individuals within a parish, sector, or group of colonies (top 1% in a parish or island)

4- Municipal level, the greatest competitors in a city, village district, colony, or town district (top 1% of local area)

3- Block level, perhaps good enough to get recognition in a block, street, or among a few people but not particularly impressive (usually 65-95 percentile)

2- Medicore, average or standard level (45-65 percentile skill level)

Team Avatar[]

Aang

This is the name of the Avatar boy. He is fast, agile, and creative but his fighting patterns are predictable. He is genuine and honorable in character, but this makes him vulnerable. When under great offensive pressure, Aang panics. He often moves to avoid attacks without clearly looking at where the attacks are coming from or without countering. This leaves time to land a finishing blow, but he can be very hard to pin down during these moments due to his immense speed and dexterity. These weaknesses disappear when his Avatar State is activated.

Katara

This girl is the Avatar's close companion. She seems to have a romantic interest with him, and she acts as a mother figure for her team. If she falls, her entire team will be without morale. She is prudent and has remarkable defense. Her biggest weakness is that she often has exaggerated and impractical movements which leave her open a bit longer than is necessary. This could open her up to strikes if her tight wall of defense is broken.

Toph

The main earthbender in Team Avatar. She is strong, durable, and sharp. She truly is the greatest earthbender in the world, well her and Bumi. Her style is nearly infallible, but her vision is limited, not nonexistent (she sees through her seismic sense). The way to beat her is with mobility. This is why people like Aang, Yaling, and Ty Lee have caused her issues in the past.

Sokka

Sokka is the expert planner in the team. He masters logistics and tactics. Without him, Team Avatar would have no direction. He is crafty and holds an unorthodox sense of humor. He yields a boomerang and a sword. He is incapable of bending but can still be dangerous if underestimated.

Zuko

The newly crowned Firelord seems to be the most improving of the major firebender names of this era. Well, not counting me of course. He has tapped into the rare ability to manipulate mutli-colored dragon fire. While he still is not as remarkable in several categories as other big names, he is unpredictable, and he has more spiritual potential. Spiritual power and a dancing style of fighting can be the most difficult to counter. I will continue to monitor his development.

Fire Nation Figures[]

There were multiple figures within the Fire Nation that Zerrel deemed to be high level threats.

Azula

Azula was the prize of Ozai's administration. She was his greatest creation, though much of it was the result of her own spite. Now that Ozai can no longer firebender, I would consider her to be the greatest threat outside of the Firelord himself. She is known for her ability to generate blue flames. Azula is a skilled striker, ranged bender, and her manipulation skills are elite. At this moment, she looks to be a shell of herself, but I am not fooled. She is more than capable of bouncing back as a massive threat. She has already displayed herself as a source of peril for Zuko's new administration, but her mind is still in a questionable state.

Macai

The feared leader of the 31st Company, Macai is not to be taken lightly. His most noteworthy attribute is his powerful resolve. Likewise, he has high stamina, charisma, and is a patient fighter. Macai is not out until he is completely neutralized. An opponent like this makes for a fine and worthy rival. Even so, he pales in comparison to an experience master such as me and most of his rivals could not match his caliber.

Iroh

There was a time this former general, known as the 'Dragon of the West' would have possibly been above the others on this section of the list. But alas, he is retired. Iroh is not active which means he is declining in his physical skills however, his spiritual abilities are steadily growing. His knowledge in itself makes him a threat.
